We Know What It's Like to Feel Stuck
Most couples know what they should do.

Communicate better.
Listen more.
Stay calm.
Resolve conflict.

But when old wounds are activated, those skills often disappear.

That's because relationships don't just involve communication. They activate the deepest parts of who we are.

Before we became therapists, we were a couple navigating our own journey of relational healing. We experienced seasons of connection, rupture, repair, and growth. Along the way, we learned that lasting change doesn't happen by focusing only on behaviors. It happens when we address the deeper patterns underneath them.

Today, that belief shapes everything we do.

While many approaches focus primarily on communication skills, we help couples understand why those skills become inaccessible during moments of conflict.

We work with the parts that don't want to do the skills.

The parts carrying shame.
The parts protecting old wounds.
The parts driven by fear, defensiveness, codependency, love addiction, or emotional reactivity.

Because healing happens when we move beyond managing symptoms and begin transforming the patterns underneath them.

As husband and wife, Marriage and Family Therapists, we combine lived experience with specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to help couples create lasting change.

If you've tried counseling before and still feel stuck, you're not alone. There is another path forward.

Let's begin your journey toward relational recovery.
