More about me:
As a trauma-informed family therapist, I bring years of experience working at the intersection of trauma, attachment, and relational restoration. As the first family therapist at a residential rehabilitation center for adolescent females, I pioneered and led intensive family programs, training clinicians to engage families through an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens that supports lasting relational change.
Alongside my husband, I work with couples and families who find themselves stuck in reactive cycles—often feeling dysregulated in moments of stress and unable to return to a grounded, wise adult self. Many of the clients we serve are insightful and highly motivated, yet continue to experience the same relational patterns despite having tools and knowledge. Through our own relational recovery, we came to understand how years of accumulated stress, unmet needs, and unresolved conflict can keep individuals and families locked in familiar cycles.
This realization shaped our approach to therapy. We specialize in work that goes beyond tools, integrating interpersonal neurobiology and attachment-based practices. Viewing the individual, marriage, and family as part of a living ecosystem, we offer co-therapy in which my husband and I work together with couples, while also meeting individually with members of the system when helpful. Our work supports clients in renewing their internal and relational systems of connection, safety, and trust—both individually and together.
My Specialties Include:
Codependency
Trauma & PTSD

Transitional Roles for Women
In addition to clinical work, I provide consultation to nonprofit organizations serving trauma-impacted individuals and families, supporting clinicians and leadership teams in developing sustainable, trauma-informed, attachment-focused practices. I am also a sought-after speaker on relational trauma, attachment, and the development of practical, sustainable relational skills for clinicians, organizations, and community groups.
