In the Discovery, the client understands more about their "concept of self" that impacts their relationships. One's own identity continues to develop through stages of life. As a therapist, I listen to cues to understand what is hindering them from achieving these critical stages in life.

The client practices how how to be present. Intentional Space has been created for the client to experience and express emotions that are underneath the behavior. Through techniques of mindfulness and exposure therapy the client learns and practices how to express their internal experience, while facing their fears.

Motivation is created by being persistent and experiencing the Win. Appreciation leads into knowing and being driven in one's own Purpose.
